Shipping
Quick version: we charge actual carrier rates at checkout — no markup, no flat fee. Most pairs arrive in 3–5 business days. Add Checkout+ at checkout if you’d like your return shipping covered, too.
How shipping works
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the carrier’s rate for your package. What the carrier charges us is what shows up — no markup. The rate appears before you confirm, so nothing surprises you on the receipt.
How fast
- Order processing: 1 business day. Orders placed before 2 pm Central usually ship same-day.
- In transit: 3–5 business days for standard ground from our Texas warehouse.
- Expedited: if you need a pair fast for an event, email help@steffies.us with the date and we’ll see what we can do.
Checkout+ — covers your return shipping
Checkout+ is a small add-on you’ll see at checkout (we use Redo to power it). If you add it, your return shipping is on us — one click in the return portal and we email you a prepaid label. Worth it for the peace of mind, especially if you’re between sizes.
Tracking
The moment your pair leaves the warehouse, you’ll get a tracking link by email (and, if you opted in, by text). The link updates in real time — we don’t batch.
Where we ship
The 50 U.S. states plus DC. We don’t currently ship internationally — if you’re outside the U.S. and want a pair, email us and we’ll let you know when that changes.
Order changes
We move fast on the warehouse floor, so the window to change an order is short — usually a few hours. Email help@steffies.us the moment you need a change and we’ll do everything we can to catch it. If we can’t, your easiest path is to accept delivery and start an exchange — with Checkout+ it’s free both ways.
Address corrections
If you mistyped your address, write us right away. Once a package is in the carrier’s system, address changes are out of our hands and the package may end up returned to sender — in which case we’ll reship to the correct address as soon as it lands back at the warehouse.
What if it doesn’t arrive
Packages occasionally go missing in the carrier network. If tracking says delivered and the box isn’t at your door, give it 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivery early) — then email us. We’ll file a claim and get a replacement out.
